Vintage Textile Christmas Tree

Vintage textiles are so beautiful, and can be repurposed into many things!  This tree started life as a napkin with crocheted trim.  It had been folded for so many years, the fold lines are discolored.   I cut the napkin in fourths, and made Christmas trees!  The reverse side was a bit of a vintage tablecloth!  Both textiles show signs of age, with some discoloration, and fading.  I think the 'aging' adds to the vintage style, and charm of this tree!   The tree is stuffed with soft polyfil, and a wooden vintage thread spool has been wrapped with jute is the trunk.  Approx. 10" x 11".  This lovely Christmas Tree will look awesome in your home!  Handmade, and one of a kind! When using vintage quilts there may be signs of age such as tears, missing fabric, exposed batting, which just adds to the vintage charm!
