Vintage Quilt Friendship Pillow

This beautiful Dresden Plate vintage quilt was the perfect place to add this friendship quote!  The quilt has so many colors and has a sunny yellow background!  The quote reads "in the quilt of life, friends are the stitches that hold it together".  A perfect gift for a special friend!  The quote is printed on muslin which is then sewn onto a piece of a vintage crochet doily.  This pillow is approx. 15"x15", has been sewn with a raw edge, and is stuffed with super soft polyfil.  The back is a piece from another vintage quilt with lots of color. The quote is printed in red ink.

Spot clean only, do not get the quote wet.

When repurposing vintage quilts and textiles, you may find wear, stains, loose threads, lost batting and the like.  This just adds to the charm of these much loved vintage textiles.  They can still bring joy, just in another way!
